I need Season 6

Walking Dead season 5 finale was awesome. but the ending was T_T because I can't bear for it to end....
Now I need season 6 ASAP!

Anyway, last Sunday I did my assignment till super late like 3am plus... Actually I had lots of time to do, but because I am so damn reluctant to do it, only at the last minute would I force myself to finish while crying with complaints and at the same time hoping for a fairy-godmother to appear and make my assignment complete on its own. So I ended up going to work the next day like a walking dead..

A side of Singapore I never knew

The insane number of people queuing for their last bow to Mr Lee Kuan Yew, is probably the longest queue I have ever seen in Singapore. With my colleagues claiming that this is no big deal, I got to know that they had been in way longer queues than this - as in the waiting time. 16 hours for Hello Kitty or 11 wasted hours for concert tickets. I truly am still unable to comprehend.
Well, I guess one can really really do ANYTHING for something they love. *Salute*

Singaporeans are known of our kiasu kiasi kaygao spirit, I never knew we had this much selflessness here.

Act of kindness, generosity, & perhaps A CHANCE TO COME OUT ON TV HAHAHA

Today, I am more proud to be a Singaporean than I was yesterday.

Grateful

As a citizen of Singapore born in the 90s, I opened my eyes to a secure roof the moment my life begun, a safe land, a clean environment, a family who loves me, and so much more. So much that I had taken things for granted because I had thought these were always there.

Because everyone here is so fortunate. and the fact for us human beings, is that the more we have, the harder it is for us to be content. Even when we already have so much, we complain that they aren't good enough.
It is all thanks to LKY that we have what we have today. That we do not have the worries some other countries are still facing up to now. That we unknowingly live in the luxury many others do not own.

Today I am truly surprised and moved to see that many people queuing to pay their respect for our beloved founding father of Singapore, Mr Lee Kuan Yew. Of course not surprised by the fact that he deserves it, but the patience and kindness of all who willingly queued without complains for insane hours under the hot sun, many even offered food and drinks to strangers who were queuing with them. I am so freaking impressed with Singaporeans!!!

Out of topic but it seems like Singaporeans love queues. Wherever there is sales, free stuffs, and new cool shit, there is bound to be long queue! and... you will definitely not find me in it LOL. Because sorry I do not possess that much patience.

Anyway, another thing I wanted to talk about in this post is that, I cannot understand why some people enjoy pulling people down so much. Criticisms are thrown around so carelessly everywhere it's so hurting. Especially those who hide behind the screens and gives harsh comments to people they do not like. The ANTIS. Who are you to criticise? Are you better than them? Even if you are, give advices, not criticism. It shows how low you actually are!

For those who contributed to anything regardless to society or to someone else, for those who worked harder than anyone of us, or in fact for every single living thing that is trying their best, they deserve to be appreciated. Nobody's perfect, no two person would have exact same view and opinion in every single thing. There is bound to be conflict at a point of time, as long as they aren't harmful it's fine isn't it? Different preferences, different opinions, different thoughts. We are all born uniquely. Therefore it is important to embrace differences, be flexible enough to see from another angle. There is so much that we can learn from.
Say if in the end you are still unable to accept the differences, there is no need to bring them down.
Just freaking move on man.

Like our parents who forced healthy vegetables diet on us when we were kids, we may have hated it but it was "For Our Own Good". We may or may not like what others did for us, but the point is that they did it for us with good intentions. The fact that someone cares for you, that is enough to prove how fortunate you are. Appreciate.

JB again | Lockdown | Fullhouse Signature

Only once in awhile I would actually step out of the house on weekends and last Saturday we went to JB again.
Finally a successful trip to visit Hubert at JB! Our plan failed previous two times because somebody just had to fall sick. Hahahah. I'm still coughing like mad though.

Said to meet at Bugis 7:30am but S&V was late, so I had Happy Meal breakfast while waiting heheheh. Compared to previous trip at 11am+, this time the queue for the bus was shorter and so we didn't have to wait very long. but there was traffic jam on the way to Woodlands checkpoint.
By the time we arrive at JB it was around 10am.

& bert was at the custom waiting for us like a tour guide. HAHAHAH
Yay this time don't have to stay at KSL because we have driver bert :P

Hungry us headed to Gui Yuan for dim sum before gaigai at AEON Tebrau.

We played awhile at the arcade because so shiok everything is cheaper than SG. lol
but the basketball machine.... got no freaking rest time. HAHA kns play until so tired.

 Randomly saw some kids eating this ice cream stick and we got tempted,
so we went hunting for it :P

 Second round dessert at MISSA.

Suagu us never eat before crepe cake, but so yummyyy especially the blueberry one.

 Next we went exploring Danga Bay which have nothing at the moment
except constructions and what look like a mini abandoned themepark.

Under Maintenance I guess. lol

 Some old school coin-operated rides

 Dinner was at Yi Jia. Cheap and delicious!

 Funny looking fried tofu that doesn't look like tofu.

We headed back to City Square for a little shopping and dessert at 许留山 Hui Lau Shan before traveling back to SG.

Freaking tired ah....

but still, an awesome day out :D

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sunday met up with BH first to eat our tteokbokki and jjajangmyeon.
I went to Tae Woo Korean Restaurant again hehehehe..
 Greedy us ordered two bowls which was too much because we had tteokbokki before this.
Super bloated after that lah.. x_x
So Esther came after and we went to jalan jalan before going for Lockdown.
This time we played Trafficking.
& once again exceeded time and asked for many hints before we manage to solve and find the key.
This one's pretty fun though! Some of the music they played in the room was loud and creepy man.
Totally creeped me out lol
Sigh pie my legs so short lol
 Next stop Fullhouse Signature at Clarke Quay.
The food here is quite expensive but they had one-for-one promotion, only for main course.
& it's pretty delicious!
Bolognese Lasagna
Opened Face Sandwich
Molten Chocolate Cake
Last weekend devours are all so satisfying!!!
Fat dieeeee..
Sickly week
No joke to be coughing whole week man. but I think I had it much longer before. Plus naughty me always couldn't resist temptations so I didn't really stop myself from eating what I shouldn't. Oh well.
Result in coughing like mad whole freaking day. Super noisy lol.
Updating my recent watching dramas:
听见幸福 (Someone Like You)
Kill Me Heal Me
Healer
Because there are way too many dramas, now I would always read the comments or reviews on the show before watching it.
Seriously good move! hahahhaha. I have to say, 'Kill me Heal me' and 'Healer' both are super good!!
Best best best!
Ji Chang Wook is damn hot >_< Park Min Young is so pretty too
I gave up watching My Lovable Girl previously because it was kinda boring... Having Rain and Krystal in the show doesn't quite made it better. & when I went back to read on the reviews by those who finished watching it, they said it was a waste of time too. HHAHA so no regrets on giving it up!
Drama time is like the only time I can chuck my phone aside and totally forget about it, especially when it's freaking quiet with no incoming messages T_T. but then I still can't live without the internet because dramas need internet too! Oh man I'm so dependent on the internet 怎么办?
Let it just be now
I woke up today, head for work still feeling drowsy from last night's medicine.
Having to work with a heavy head suck so much. CNY 2015 have officially ended.
Life lately is just work, school, assignments, running nose, sore throats and nothing else.
I hope this will not be a whole year thing.
People always say that if you dislike your current life, do something about it. Make changes.
Can I quit working and schooling? Lol.
Sometimes I do try to find back my old self. I was a happy single, and that was because I had friends.
They occupied my time my mind and everything. There was no space for loneliness.
Eventually as time pass, things change. Everyone headed to their next phase of life, they got busy.
"We should meet up soon" is what I hear so often. I have no idea how soon is soon.
Everyone waits for somebody to come up with something, a plan.
& when a somebody finally does something, some can just push it off with a simple "not free".
There wasn't even a slight effort of finding time or rescheduling the plan.
It's disappointing to realize how we have distant ourselves with time, how vulnerable these friendships are, and how much some people do not care once they moved on to their new phase of life.
Sigh pie. TGIF anyway.
